MISSION

FACES Isabel Guimarães is a unique private entity based in Vila Nova de Gaia, emerging from a seven-year cycle under the previous name Gabinete Isastros, now reborn with a new FACE. With diverse professional experiences and backgrounds, we have jointly rebuilt this space, open to all who wish to learn, evolve, and care for themselves and others.

Training is a critical area in the development strategy of FACES Isabel Guimarães. Key guidelines, defined by political authority and the resulting legislative framework, as well as the increasing demands of the job market, induce the need for skills in various domains.

Thus, investing in the training and qualification of individuals as a tool for personal and organizational development constitutes one of the pillars of FACES Isabel Guimarães' operational strategy, aiming to continuously improve training actions and other formative initiatives to achieve excellence in consulting and training.
